Through purchasing a Design Package, Logistics Package or the Ultimate Package through DIY Scape, the homeowner (Purchaser) will receive discounts on materials or services provided by our participating vendors & contractors. Please note that to receive the discount, you will need to provide the vendor with your specific customer code & will be asked to show ID to verify. Services & products available through this discount program are intended for the homeowner & the Homeowners residence only.  Participating providers are subject to change. DIY Scape cannot be held responsible for purchases or services rendered through any of its participating vendors or contractors. 

DIY Scape professionals have several years of real-world experience working in the professional landscape & hardscape industry. Through thousands of installations and many years of continuous education, we are proud to bring our knowledge to the DIY Homeowner. We are sure that after meeting with one of our professionals that you will feel confident that you have received the knowledge you need to move forward with your projects or have the know-how on maintaining your current landscape & outdoor space.  DIY Scape professionals are here for you. After meeting with us, should you have any questions or challenges that arise during the process, we are only a phone call away. Please note that, DIY Scape cannot guarantee the quality of any install or maintenance as we are not the individuals installing the project or completing the work. We are here to advise, give guidance & to help trouble shoot. We cannot guarantee process or project results. There are many unknowns that are not visible and cannot be seen during through the consultation process such as underlying site & soil conditions & irrigation. Estimated quantities given are based on a mathematical equation. There are several factors that can affect the needed quantities such as excavation dept, compaction rate, underlying soil conditions. DIY Scape cannot be held responsible for variances in the estimated quantities. 

DIY Scape Lighting packages should be purchased through DIY Scape. Encore Landscape Lighting is a professional landscape lighting manufacturer & is not open to the public. Links to the specific lights are available on our website so that you can be sure to have all of the information you need on the specific item before you purchase. DIY Scape is here to answer any questions you may have on the landscape lighting package & its materials that it includes. 

Please note that lighting products are not returnable or refundable as you are purchasing a consultation service package that includes your selected light fixtures & described materials. 

DIY Scape Professionals are at your service during our hourly priced visits. Time begins after we meet & greet. Please note that our professionals are dedicate to an uninterrupted consultation with the homeowner for the designated timeframe. Time is based on the amount of time the DIY professional is at the property. 

DIY Scape accepts checks, cash & all major credit cards. Please note that there is an additional 3.5% processing fee for all credit card transactions. There is a $35 NSF fee for all checks that do not clear. All purchases of services are not refundable or returnable once the service begins.
